Return policy

We have a 30 day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return for a full refund.

To be eligible for a return, your product must be in the same condition as you received it, with tags and in its original packaging.

To initiate a return, you can contact us at support@olagiatoepiplo.gr We will send you a return shipping label or arrange to collect the package from the delivery address free of charge.

What can I do if I have received a damaged or incorrect product?
Please contact us immediately in the event of a faulty, incorrect or insufficient delivery so we can try to resolve the issue as soon as possible. To do this, send us an email. This should include your order number, contact details and a few photos of the damaged or incorrect product so everything goes smoothly. Please keep all individual parts and merchandise packaging in a safe place until your case is resolved. If there is a delay in the delivery of a replacement product or if one is not currently in stock, we will inform you as soon as possible of the time it will take to receive a new product or suggest an alternative solution.


Damages and problems
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the product is faulty, damaged or if you receive the wrong product so that we can assess the problem and rectify it.


Refunds
We will notify you once we receive and review your return and let you know. You will automatically receive a refund to your original payment method. Keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post your refund.
