1. How do I order?

You can place an order in the following ways:

1.1. By telephone

You give us the codes you are interested in ordering, we confirm your order by email, make the payment to the company's IBAN and after you send us the proof of payment we proceed to process it.

1.2. Electronically with your debit or credit card, Paypal, with deposit to the company's bank account.

2. Do you have a business and want to issue an invoice?

2.1. In the "company optional" box, write the relevant VAT number and we will cut an invoice and it will be sent to the email address you have provided.

3. Do you want an invoice but want it delivered to a different address than the billing address?

3.1 In the shipping address window you normally enter the details of what you want to be delivered and in the window that opens below you enter the VAT number related to the invoice.

4. Do your items need assembly?

4.1. Yes, most of them. But there are very detailed assembly instructions, all the parts are numbered, even the screws and tools included.

5. With which means of transport do you ship my order?

5.1 All orders are shipped from our partnered fulfillment center by UPS or ACS courier to your location.

6. Which countries do you ship to?

6.1 We ship to Greece, Cyprus and throughout the rest of Europe.
